I love the twins' inventions. Really, they are very clever. It's good to see Percy starting to recognize it--and to recognize that maybe, just maybe, he was wrong before.
This line is so very Percy, it makes me laugh: Now there was that disgusting and unsanitary entrance to the ministry... He's right, it is disgusting and unsanitary!
